Do you operate a telephone "help desk" for users?

We offer telephone support and for now it is free. Phone +44 (0) 1684 585212. Telephone support is in the English language and is offered during normal (UK) business hours (9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)


What other support do you provide?

If you are a registered user, you may log a support ticket on our website. Simply login to your account homepage and select support. Click here to login

Support may also be obtained by emailing support@translution.net. Please include your license number and registered username in your communication

Do you charge for upgrades?

No, as a subscriber you are not charged for any upgrades to your existing product.
