Do you operate a telephone "help desk" for users?

We offer telephone support and for now it is free. Phone +44 (0) 1684 585212. Telephone support is in the English language and is offered during normal (UK) business hours (9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)

What other support do you provide?
