Translution Business Versions
Translution Business is available as 2 versions:
Translution Business Standard is suitable for smaller businesses and departments of larger enterprises. It would typically be installed where 2 - 50 licenses
are required or for pilot installations. It is self installable by users.
Translution Business Corporate scales to 1000s of users and would typically be required where larger numbers of licenses are required, or where Translution is
installed on every computer. Translution Business Corporate requires the installation of Translution Corporate Manager on your servers. This would normally be
installed on your servers by your systems administrator.
You can upgrade from Translution Business Standard to Translution Business Corporate at any time
Translution Business Standard is licensed per computer and per email address.
Translution Business Corporate is licensed per user.
Each version is available in 2 language editions - European and Global

Translution Business Licensing Costs
Translution Business is licensed monthly or annually in advance and includes
the following:
- Annual license
- Translution Review Manager license (beta)
- 24 x 7 automatic translation service
- Hosting of your linguistic resources (dictionaries and translation memory)
- Telephone and online support
- Application upgrades
Please note: Paying annually in advance reduces the license cost by 15% per
annum.

Translution Business can only be purchased by contacting Translution.
Prices exclude VAT which will be charged to UK businesses. No VAT is charged to businesses who
are resident outside the EU. EU businesses outside the UK need to provide a valid EU VAT number to
purchase Translution Business without being charged VAT.
Translution Business Implementation Costs
Implementation of Translution Business falls into 3 areas as follows:
- Training of users
- Implementation of Translution Corporate Manager (Translution Business Corporate only)
- Creation of Dictionaries
Training of users
We train users in "how to write for translation" as well as in how to use Translution Business. Training courses are delivered
via a web based conference, take approximately 2 hours and costs $437.50 for up to 5 people.
Implementation of Translution Corporate Manager
There is a standard charge of $2100 for this, which includes training of your systems administrators and a web conference to assist with the installation and configuration.
Creation of Dictionaries
In order to deliver next generation quality Translution need to create dictionaries for use by your users. The costs of creating dictionaries falls into two parts as follows
- Creation of a source language dictionary
- Translation of the terms in your source language dictionary
Source Language Dictionary Creation
This is created from your own source material. The cost of source dictionary creation is a standard charge of $3150. This includes up to 2000 source terms. Additional charges apply if the number of source terms exceeds this number.
Translation of Dictionary Terms
The cost of translating dictionary terms depends on the number of terms in your dictionary, the number of languages translated into as well as the language group.

License Term and Renewal
Your initial license is for 12 months which is invoiced when you place your order, together with any implementation costs.
50% of your initial invoice is payable on order and we will not commence implementation until payment is received. The remaining invoiced costs are payable prior to activation.
After the first 12 months you can choose whether to pay monthly or annually and you may cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice.
If you take the monthly payment option, further invoices are issued 45 days in advance. We reserve the right to withdraw the service should you not settle invoices within 30 days.

Upgrading
You can upgrade from Translution Business Standard to Translution Business Corporate at any time. You can also upgrade from the European edition to the Global edition at any time.
