Research
We asked the Centre of Translation Studies, University of Leeds to undertake a
comparative evaluation of 6 machine translation systems, including a statistical MT engine. Based on their results
we chose Systran as the best machine translation system for general purpose.
A Comparative Evaluation of Two Machine Translation
Systems
We evaluated the French-to-English versions of two rules based machine
translation (MT) systems (referred to as s01 and s02 in this document) in order
to assess the quality of their output and to determine whether updating the
