What happens at the end of the initial contract period? Will the service automatically stop? Will I be sent a renewal notice?

Translution Pro users will be sent a reminder by email before the end of your contract. This will give you the option of opting out of the service. If you do nothing your service will automatically continue for a further 12 months.

Translution Business users will be contacted by Translution.

How do I change my credit card details?

Log on using your name and password, click on Payment Information, enter your new credit card details and press the update button.
